Show Home Host/Hostess

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self motivated and enthusiastic individual to work part time hours in our Show Home Sales Center. If you are responsible, professional, courteous, well organized and punctual, this may be the job for you. Joining our team you would be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, so that all clients entering our sales center are welcomed professionally.  The successful candidate will also track clients entering sales center for traffic report purposes, answer telephone calls, file, photocopy, maintain a clean and tidy sale center and show home, prepare and keep inventory of marketing material while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. You must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills (written and oral) i.e. must be able to communicate efficiently and in a courteous manner with clients and staff. We require an individual with strong attention to detail and who is able to read and understand blueprints.

This position offers part time work hours and the successful candidate must be available to work evenings and weekends and have their own transportation. Work hours are Monday – Thursday 3pm to 8pm, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays Noon to 5pm.
