Construction Technician:

Joining our team you will have both a strong work ethic and general construction skills including framing and finishing.  In assisting the Site Superintendent you will have your own tools and more importantly, a positive attitude.  You will be relied on as a key member of our team focused on delivering quality homes and high customer satisfaction.

Showhome Host/Hostess

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self motivated and enthusiastic individual to work part time hours in our Show Home Sales Centre. If you are responsible, professional, courteous, well organized and punctual this may be the job for you. Joining our team you would be responsible for meeting and greeting customers so that all clients entering our sales centre are welcomed professionally.  The successful candidate will also track clients entering sales centre for traffic report purposes, answer telephone calls, file, photocopy, maintain a clean and tidy sale centre and show home, Prepare and keep inventory of marketing material while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. You must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills (written and oral) i.e. must be able to communicate efficiently and in a courteous manner with clients and staff. We require an individual with strong attention to detail and who is able to read and understand blueprints.

This position offers part time work hours and the successful candidate must be available to work evenings and weekends and have their own transportation.
